By accessing and using Nexa ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. Users under 18 must have parental permission. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Nexa complies with local laws.

3. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban:

• Creating multiple accounts to farm rewards.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or virtual machines to bypass regional restrictions.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform.

4. Shards & Redemptions

"Shards" are virtual points with no real-world value outside the Nexa Platform. Shards can only be exchanged for available rewards in our store. We reserve the right to change reward costs, availability, or invalidate shards earned through prohibited conduct.

6. Termination
